Professional Services Agreement

Any professional services provided by Adroit Connect Hospitality will be governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms do not create an obligation for us to provide any specific services.

Fees and Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges or result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adroit Connect Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality professional services. However, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adroit Connect Hospitality and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability
