The project includes luxury guestrooms and villas, all-day dining, specialty restaurant spaces, banquet and event facilities, wellness and spa areas, landscaped outdoor zones, recreational amenities, and curated guest experience areas integrated with the natural surroundings of the region. Adroit Connect Hospitality is involved as the turnkey contractor for the project, managing end-to-end execution including civil coordination, MEP services, interior execution, finishing works, vendor coordination, procurement management, and overall project execution in line with luxury hospitality standards.

The Challenge
